I think the Dingo should also have Suitability for the tropical Biome, Taiga and temperate. They do also live in Thailand, Sulawesi and some other Places outside of Australia
I'm confused, because they definitely don't? Maybe you're thinking of the New Guinea Singing dog, from the island of Papua New Guinea.I think the Dingo should also have Suitability for the tropical Biome, Taiga and temperate. No, I've checked the Wikipedia Page for them to know if I'm right and according to the German Wiki Page, they do live in all kinds of Environments.I'm confused, because they definitely don't? Maybe you're thinking of the New Guinea Singing dog, from the island of Papua New Guinea.
Dingos live in all Biomes today, including snow covered alpine Forests in East Australia, dry hot Deserts in Central Australia and tropical Wetlands in Forests of North Australia - Translation of the German Wikipedia Page about the Dingo
The dingo's present distribution covers a variety of habitats, including the temperate regions of eastern Australia, the alpine moorlands of the eastern highlands, the arid hot deserts of Central Australia, and the tropical forests and wetlands of Northern Australia.[25] The occupation of, and adaption to, these habitats may have been assisted by their relationship with indigenous Australians. - English Wikipedia about the Dingo
Did you know that they can climb?Maybe you're thinking of the New Guinea Singing dog, from the island of Papua New Guinea.
You're not wrong that they live in other biomes, what I was saying is they definitely don't live outside of Australia. So not Thailand or SulawesiNo, I've checked the Wikipedia Page for them to know if I'm right and according to the German Wiki Page, they do live in all kinds of Environments.
According to Fossils they even seem to have originated from Thailand and according to Research, Wild Dogs that are still living there are Dingos. Maybe this Population even has the highest Percentage of purebred Dingos. You're not wrong that they live in other biomes, what I was saying is they definitely don't live outside of Australia. Those populations are heavily diluted and basically just feral domesticated dogs. Which is sort of what dingos are as well, but the two populations are not the same. Canis lupus dingo is only officially recognized as living in Australia.According to Fossils they even seem to have originated from Thailand and according to Research, Wild Dogs that are still living there are Dingos. But I would also be happy if they would just add the missing Biomes
If that's true, someone should probably change the German Wikipedia Page. If that's really true, I wonder how they came up with the Dingo Population in Thailand probably having the highest Percentage of purebred DingosThose populations are heavily diluted and basically just feral domesticated dogs.
