Isn't that Edmund Mahon's decal in the holo ad?

I don't know if the same 'decal object' is used for walls, floors, etc. but here it is on a Stronghold Fleet Carrier.

Now that I finally reached Rank 100, can I please have a Nakato Kaine Power Decal to put on my ship?
It says with loyalty I will gain rewards including cosmetics... and more. Maybe a decal for the specific power I put time & effort towards?

I was certain this week's game update was going to include a Nakato Kaine Powerplay ship decal. 
So it is reasonable to assume Frontier has made the active decision to not provide a Nakato Kaine decal. Apparently circle dancing limpets that get wiped out by the first asteroid is more important.
I have been using the Edmund Mahon decal, cause its kinda close but of course makes no sense.
So I propose Nakato's Unofficial Powerplay Decal be:
Fans of the Philadelphia Flyers will be pretty excited with this choice.
