The insanely large collision hitboxes for the scenery items are horrible in this game, making it impossible to place scenery items in A LOT of places where logically it should easily fit.
Please add an option checkbox in the options menu to disable placing collision for scenery items. It would allow players to work much more freely in their creativity.
