PLEASE Add option to Remove Vegetation Limit in Habitats

There are many people wants to get rid of restrictive vegetation limit. Come on plant 20 trees and welfare is problem...

This limits and hinders out creativity. Please add option to disable vegetation limit for animals. This is must have

If you disable animal welfare, this isn't an issue (I'm assuming you are wanting this is sandbox mode). But generally, you can go way over board and still have >90% overall welfare (my peafowl have 0% welfare for plants but I think are sitting at 92% overall welfare).
