Please add option to sandbox mode to remove scientist management

In JWE2 you must assign scientists to perform almost every task. It is just arbitrary obstacle to make the game less simple, and in practice it just brings excessive clicking with no fun. First JWE was better in this matter.

I think you should allow us to turn this off in sandbox. This mode is played by people who usually want just to build pens, release as many dinos as possible and watch them living happily ever after. They don't want to be hindered by excessive management, they want it to be as simple as it gets. Thank you.
 
Prove that this mode is only played by people wanting easy dino management since I doubt you conducted a poll. Sandbox should allow us all the options including wanting to do excavations, research and scientist management. Devs seem to have purposely hamstrung sandbox for us

Thank you for the feedback. We don't have anything to announce about fully disabling the Scientists mechanic in Sandbox Mode, but it is possible to turn off Scientist Unrest in the Sandbox Settings menu. You can also improve your Scientists' skills to the highest level, which should cut down on needing to wait for tasks to finish.
 
It's really annoying every time you start a new sandbox park to be able to spend an hour hiring and then firing scientists and that about 1000x until you get some with reasonable traits :cautious:

Many players don't find this to be a sufficient resolution to the problem. If it's not possible to remove scientists from the game, it would be appreciated to have a transparent answer about this.

In the event a compromise is required, I would like to suggest that there's new Sandbox Settings that reduce the number of scientists required for each building/task, and the level of training held by selectable scientists. This would, at the very least, simplify the process of managing scientists beyond just disabling unrest.
