Hey everyone!
I'm super looking forward to PlanCo 2 as there are so many improvements to the building tools that I cannot wait to dive into new parks
In PlanCo 1 It took quite a bit of time for me to rotate and move a scenery object into the position I wanted it to be. Back then I was hoping that the move and rotate tool would support multidimensional changes.
Now in recent PlanCo 2 material it seems that the move tool now supports exactly this:
I assume that you can grab the small red/green, green/blue or red/blue rectangles and move the piece in these two directions simultaneously. That is awesome and will definitely make it a lot easier!
May I ask whether you could add this functionality to the rotate tool as well? It seems that this is not yet possible:
I would like to grab the "sphere" and rotate it completely freely. The orientation of the three axes is not always perfect and switching between local and global orientation may not be enough. Just like moving a ball with one finger in real life would be super helpful
May be it's already working and not obvious until a dev shows it, but if not I hope you consider it for PlanCo 2
