Have outfitting show every standard part in the game. If a station doesn't have a part, be able to order it for a markup and wait time.
No more getting stranded in systems because they only keep Class 2 FSD's in stock. No more "Space Taxis" just for outfitting combat ships.
It doesn't make sense for part orders to not exist in 3304.
