Please add/update emissive cosmetic options

Update:

1. Onionhead paint and decals might look really neat with a subtle emissive treatment. Not a hard bright neon glow, but a subtle/soft glowstick glow in the dark look.

New:

1. Festive glowing decals (white snowflakes, fireworks, yellow candles, blue icicles, stylized stars (like the Pax star, but usable), ruby nosed deer, etc.)
2. Glowing simple name plates in assorted colors (White, Red/Vermilion, Green, Blue, Purple/Violet, Pink, Yellow, Teal/Cyan). By simple, just text, no other art.
3. Glowing id plates as above
4. glowing battle damage decals in fire red and acid green
5. Onionhead flightsuit with glowing decals
6. other suggestons?
