Please allow us to change the daytime lighting by the minute again and not just the hour

Confused as to why this was stripped back to only allow us to change by the hour when all previous planet games allowed us to pick the minute, which makes a really nice difference to getting the lighting to look just right.

Absolutely agree with this! Furthermore, the option to choose the angle of the sun would be amazing. Currently it's possible to create buildings that can never have the sun shining on them and it always makes me sad when I go to take a pic of a building and realise that no time of day will work to make it look nice.
