Please Basic information

If you are interdicted and surrender why would someone still kill you? Just trying to understand the basic concept of the game here. I have no weapons just trying to do some long jumps yet twice I have been told to eject my cargo or die? WTH get a cargo scanner would you I am not even carrying anything or are there just that many DKs in the game?

Does that activity put any kind of bounty on their head so they receive some payback from the bounty hunters?

I've been interdicted five times escaping the core worlds. Never submitted, escaped each time leaving the opponent to take their hull damage. Feeling the dissatisfaction of their defeat.
Out now, 1000ly from Sol. Flying free; to explore again.

They kill you, because they can. Humans...

Thanks for the reply, yeah I have been lucky and got away a few times also. Just a little perturbed at the drop the cargo demand when I am not even carrying. I know I am a newbie but get a cargo scanner or stop trying to play pirate. Ha

i panicked i admit it. Will get better info next time. That is stressful but CAH when it happens. I think I focus too much on the blue bar instead of flying the ship in the escape corridor.

Edit: Much better this afternoon dodged 3 interdictions. Wow this game in the DK2 is intense making good progress today have racoon rings around my eyes from 5 straight hours wearing the mask a little tight but smooth sailing today looks great, plays great. Outstanding! trying to take some snapshots through ASTRA and although she confirms she is taking them there are only 2 of maybe 10 I took in the folder. Need to figure that one out. Anybody have a thread or some good advice on snapshots?
