Please Change Capital Ship Warp Animation

Since capital ships are very big, it would create a sense of awe if they warp in and out in a lightspeed manner rather than a slow entrance/exit animation. What do you think?

- Updated opinion:

The slow grand entrance/exit of the capital ships is awesome at first, but easily gets annoying if you see it often.

Its in the best interest of the game to have multiple types of animations for the capital ships when warping.

ex.
First time seeing Capital Ships - grand entrance - slow enter/exit using worm hole
Combat Support - warp speed entrance/exit

Sounds are great by the way.

I would be happy with some variations on the warp in, but I feel like the slow, powerful movements give capital ships their uh, feeling of power. As others said, if the ship itself warped in quickly, but the animations as a whole were still slow and meaty, I'm on board.

I agree that the sounds are great, what I'm referring to is the animations.

I would feel greater awe if I see a capital ship warp in the vicinity like how its portrayed in this video.

I know people have issues with certain design elements of the Star Destroyer (shield immitters etc) but oh my giddy aunt it is SUCH an iconic ship, it just ooozes menace (let's remember b4 it all we had was the enterprise in original Star Trek) that and galactica set the bar for capital ship design.

Now we're trying to speed up the game processes for NPCs too, really? I'm pretty sure they're not as worried about how long they take to make a jump.

All honesty, I'm never seen one in person. Only the vids. It should be amazing in vr. If anything should change, they need to make the weapons stronger and larger. I saw a vid of one corvette taking out a cap ship. That's pretty weak. Vette had massive shields thou.

I love, love, LOVE their arrival animation! Sound and visuals.

What they do afterwards, though ...

Since (thanks to the "capital ship campers") the kill-counter mechanic was changed so that enemies shot by capital ships usually don't count for the player's kill count any more, I avoid CZs with capital ships. Which is a shame!
(Don't get me wrong, the game mechanic itself makes sense! Even if we can get kill assistance in many other aspects of the game now (e.g. the "Pirate Lord"-missions); I don't like this either ... but I digress.).

Maybe a different ship-spawn composition is needed in CZs with capital ships? Less (smaller?) defending figther on their side, waves after waves of attackers that try to force the capital ship to retreat? This might leave more ships to shoot for the player and create a new and interesting scenario at the same time.

There is only one time, in a whole life of playing videogames (that's more than 28 years in a row) that I have been yelling and swearing for a long minute non stop: When a Federal Capital Ship appeared slowly in front of me, creeping out of the Witchspace, while I was using Oculus Rift's vr.

So sorry OP but no: The animation is amazing the way it is right now. I don't want capital ships to appear at light speed in an Star Wars style.

Plus it would be a matter of time before someone complained that a capital ship appeared just over his/her ship and destroyed it instantly.
