This would probably be the simplest solution to the oft requested QOL. Bookmark your own (and optionally team mates) carriers, then set to do not show the rest. Would be super ideal.
Absolutely great suggestion. I was thinking about this a couple of weeks ago.
Also, show the thing that I've got at as a destination, like if you set a course to a station from another system.

Agreed, if there is a way to separate the "50" fleet carriers in a system, it would really add a better gameplay experience when you are going back and forth from your own FC to a Trailblazer ship right now. I would suggest:
Filter OUT all FCs EXCEPT your own or something. Considering the data allows your own FC highlighted in yellow, being able to remove all other Fleet Carriers should be available.

Only on the left hand navigation panel. In your filter choices, when you un-check Fleet Carriers (i.e. make them invisible in the scrolling list), have all fleet carriers disappear from the list as usual, EXCEPT any you have bookmarked.
As far as affecting what is seen in the actual system map, I don't think it should. I think the actual graphical map should show everything.

Maybe add "Bookmarks" as a separate filter option, turn it on to override the category option for all bookmarked entries .
