Please enable player to change the language for vocal and subtitle

Hi there, I am a Ps4 player from Hong Kong.
We faced a bug that we can't use Traditional Chinese to start the game. I have followed the instruction to use Traditional Chinese as system language.
Still, the bug exist. The game title is Chinese but all the feature and content is in English.

However, I and many of us prefer to use Traditional Chinese for the subtitle and English Vocal to play the game.
Can the team just provide the choice for us in the setting menu and let us to change the vocal and subtitle freely.
We are not prefer to use Putonghua as the vocal, because 90% of us didn't talk in Putonghua in HK.
TEAM, Please help to release a pitch to solve the problem, thanks!

Nice to see your reply. I have sent the ticket before, but they recommend to leave a post here to let the developer know. Never mind, I and lots of HK player have a solution. Set the language to Simplified Chinese, then open the game, a patch will automatically download. Then, change to Traditional Chinese. It will do. Although we have a solution, I think this is a serious bug for those who can't fully understand English. Please solve the problem thanks!
