Horizons Please explain why I have missing pinned blueprints

Ship "A" Python
Ship "B" Python
Power Distributor identical in each Grade 4 Charge Enhanced (3.0 system)
Thrusters identical in each Grade 3 Dirty Drives (3.0 system)

In remote workshop I can work on Python "B"'s power distributor and Thrusters, but when I jump into Python "A" those options are not listed.

Any reason I'm not able to do this? Thanks in advance for any info.

I know that modules with legacy upgrades can't use the Remote Engineering feature. Maybe that's the problem? I know you said 3.0, but..might wanna double check. Other than that, I have no ideas.
