Please FD can you Nerf Chaff please

Every time someone uses chaff a baby kitten dies....why?
The litter - the amount of litter it leaves around in space is getting to a point now where you can't call it space anymore as it's full of chaff!
Only the other day my local bin man said they were on extra double overtime to try an clear the backlog and they haven't got enough staff to cope with the normal daily route, let alone all this extra chaff stuff.
So please FD for their health and local authority budgets, please reduce the amount of chaff a ship can emit

Is it wrong that I think double-chaff spam is dumb and breaks the balance of turrets/gimbals?

On topic; if the chaff cleanup crews are anywhere as efficient as the wreckage cleanup crews, I don't think we have to worry about space pollution for a while now. Come to think of it ever notice that there are no space junk fields that we can fight in/salvage outside of the tiny WSS spawns?
