When the Cascade arrived last year, a lot of members on this forum, including myself noticed that it was much smoother than all other coasters, but it wasn't the coaster itself that was smooth, It was the camera. See the way Planet Coaster's camera works is very similar to Rollercoaster Tycoon 3's, in which the camera will start turning left or right before the car/train. This was pretty terrible for Wild Mouse tight turns as the camera would almost do a 180 on itself, this could be sorted by pressing page down though and the camera would lock in place.
I noticed that the cameras used on the Cascade was more steady/less wobbly than the other camera's, or more so locked in place, I started researching and seeing what else in game uses a more steady/locked cam, and went with the Spinning Coaster and made a custom corkscrew (without spinning of course) and I did not use the 4 Meter technique, to my surprise it was much smoother, and so looking through the forums I had found that others had noticed different things, cam's that focus on the wheels were a lot smoother than the "seat" cam, and I guess the reason people like Silv and others on youtube use the camera closer to the track, is because its more steady/locked in place than the seat cam.
One coaster in particular can be incredibly smooth, and that is the Flying Coaster, one camera focus' on the front of a car/guests, but turning that camera around to face forward gives you an incredibly smooth coaster, I put a side by side together using some free trial (sorry for the watermark) video below, I'd suggest clicking on the youtube icon to bring it up in a new tab and watching fullscreen.
(seat cam on the left, the camera I rotated on the right)

My suggestion: Fix the camera's please.
Other awful accurances include:
Log Flume Knee Cam (as mentioned above with the turning, it works with up and downs too)

Wingcoaster Knee Cam

The "why is my camera so far left whilst turning on the Hydrolic Launch Coaster" Cam
