Please Frontier - Allow us to run/build open circuit coasters

Please Frontier [heart], allow us to run/build open circuit coasters in the game. Currently, every single coaster in the game must have a complete circuit (begins and ends at one station) to function properly and the game isn't built to let us run open circuit coasters like the one below (unless someone has come up with a trick so far, it isn't possible):

Ready to get this baby running, but I can't.

Not sure if this is coding related as to why we don't have functionality for open circuit rides yet since only closed circuit coasters are in the game.

I must say, I did love these in the old RCT games, they could be made nice and compact to fit almost anywhere!

Right! I just have it sitting in my Geauga Lake (Six Flags: WOA) recreation as a placeholder until we are able to get functionality for open circuit coasters. I'm pretty sure it's coding related. I hope they're working on it and Brett or Sam and his wonderful team sees this [yesnod]

yes please, we talked about that in a previous topic, im craving to be able to recreate my hometown childhood Boomerang coaster

I found someone added their version of the Revolution coaster from Blackpool Pleasure Beach on the Workshop: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=836564624&searchtext=revolution

However, after a few runs, it would shoot the train off the track - obviously, the test run doesn't pick up the fault unless you let it run, so I opened the ride believing it was fine, and some unfortunate souls were left motionless in the air.

I just increased the incline at the end of the ride, and removed the brake & reverse motor. Now it simply rolls up the incline and returns backwards to the station. Works fine, but it's only a 2 star ride, so it's not very profitable.

Obviously, knowing this coaster method is feasible, it could inspire some similar creations.

BTW, there was a small Boomerang coaster at a Butlins over 20 years ago.

Oh wow. The Sea Serpent in Wildwood is almost identical to those:

I didn't realize these were so prolific. I wonder if the same company makes them?

They are Vekoma boomerang coasters, pretty common and i think easy/cheap to build. 3 inversions but you go through 6 :p short but pretty intense

Also instead of just a reverse lifthill and boomerang coasters I would also like to ask to just please add LSM as well as hydraulic launch (with catch car) for these kind of looping coasters

[sad] Please Frontier, let the new coasters in the april update include (Intamin's launched inverted coaster, reverse chain lift, powered launch option, and multiple circuits option) like in all previous iterations of tha coaster games you've worked on.

Patiently (Ok Sam---Anxiously) waiting the arrival of these options. My models are waiting.[wink]
