I think CQC is pretty dead. I mean if i have to wait more than one hour for a match, c'mon. So they won't care that much about it.

That ship has long sailed.

Simply allowing to queue while playing normal game, and then if match becomes available present option to exit via exiting 15 seconds method (or less, no danger) would massively help CQC. But like everyone else, I think it is unlikely to happen. Barring matches arranged via 3rd party channel CQC is always empty on PS4.
