Please help me with my sound settings

I updated the latest patch for windows 10 and they added a new audio wizard sound feature that screwed up ED sounds. Everything sounds so far away and hollow now. Does anyone have any idea what I should do?

It is highly variable. Do you use on board sound or dedicated? Do you use any software sound controls other than windows? Do you play with speakers or headphones?
