Newcomer / Intro Please Help ! Stuck in Tatapai system / Shirazi Estate , ship don't take off !

Hi all, please i need help !
My ship in stuck in TATAPAI SYSTEM / SHIRAZI ESTATE !
Ship in completely refilled , but when i press LAUNCH button , nothing happens !
I really don't know why my ship don't take off , navigation through menus are ok , but ship don't take off !
Please help !!!

Does the station release you? and does the pad fall down? Then it is likely your thrusters are not powered.

Are you using auto launch ?
Perhaps the station doesn't allow it ?
If you're on a keyboard try pressing the 'R' button to see if it rises.

Try entering outfitting via starport services, then exiting and trying again. Guess you've already tried restarting the game?

What he's saying is that when he presses the Launch button the ship doesn't go down on the pad and get turned around.
So it's unlikely to be modules.

Have you tried exiting the game and re-starting ?

It might be a problem connecting to the internet and/or server.

Yeah, could be this ^

When I had a bad internet connection (4G) sometimes it would take what seemed forever before my ship would actually launch from a pad. Now that I have a quick fibre connection I don't experience this issue.

Hi , i've try everythig , un logged and relogged , restart game , norhging ! Is not a server or connecction problem !

The image looks strange to me - it shows you at an elevation and it shows OC and DRP - it is as if it thinks you are on a planet surface. Mis-read the image, sorry.

So have a try at loading elite dangerous - not Horizons - and see if that resets your game to realise you are not actually on a planet.

Really weird one.

Hi , i also notice but this but unfortunatly also loading with ED not Horizon , my ship is stuck !
This station is very near to planet , see picture captured now :

I saw your problem by cause. If you could not find any solution from other players, I suggest check your rebuy cost and then if enough choose "self destruct" from right panel, select ship and under functions. But I am not sure, if it destruc in the station.
