Please identify this ship - new ships on the way ?

I was taking hi-res screenshots of Duboux Legacy in LHS 450 for buckyball racing purposes. When I later evaluated the pictures, I noticed this ship (100% crop of original image):

docked on a medium pad at the north-eastern section of the city:

First I thought it was a Clipper, but then it would have needed a large pad.

Can anyone identify this ship ? Could there be new ships in FD's pipeline, that are silently handed out to NPCs ?

Federal Dropship. If you zoom in, you can see the backwards fins on the front.

FDS, or a ship from this family. Its very obvious when zoomed in. Possibly nonstandard skin, but NPCs sporting these quite often.

Also no armour, dodgy weapon placement, oh and it crashes if you hold it wrong.
