Please let track ride cars be customisable

The amazing technology is in place to customise and add scenery pieces to the rollercoasters and flat rides, but this does not seem to be currently possible for track rides.

I realise there may be challenges as track rides may have multiple cars and certainly more cars on a track than coasters, however, it would be amazing to have this in game, even if it means we have a piece limit for customising track ride cars.

This is particularly relevant to dark ride track ride cars such as Tracker, and would open up possibilities for theming the cars which would look incredible.

I second this. Tracked rides need a major update. They all need to be customisable like coasters and they all need to be able to have multiple stations!

I agree.
1. When I still assumed Armada would be in the game, I decided to build roofs for the boats for outdoor boat rides.
2. Then, when watching the live stream showing the omnimover, I found their cars look very glossy, which might be a problem in dark rides where any unwanted reflection might be disturbing, but I thought: Hey, that's not a problem, we could cover those parts with non-reflective scenery.

I don't think the amount of cars is a problem when you can even attach scenery to the Bumpin Derby cars, which you apparently can.
I tend to think it's just not ready yet and will come with a future update.

I think it may be a problem with the game treating the omnimover as a tracked ride (which it is) but being in the same group as the rest internaly makes all the other rides need to have the same parity of no scenery. The way the vehicles of the omnimover appear, in a ride were it could have hundreds of them, could just exploded lower pcs and consoles if you could attach stuff.

But it may have been a time constraint, and once the game releases, they add the option after separating internally the omnimover for the rest of tracked rides, and normal ones can have them, but not rides that can have 100 vehicles on the track.

Its still an important thing i think they need to fix 100% I really hope this is implemented in the future, becuase we really need to be able to theme trackrides in the same way as everyother ride in the game.

I also wondered if they may be holding this back as they may be figuring out a parades mechanic which would be impacted by this as it could technically be a customisable track ride that can be timed to work at certain times.

This is one of the main things that my Wife and I want/are looking forward to. The ability to make track rides that are in essence timed so that we can mimic parades.

Updating Track Rides to include attachable scenery would be incredible and we are hoping they include this in an update!

Just realized and indeed it looks like they arent customizable. Maybe because they are already themed in a certain way.

Nope they currently are not. Seems like a glaring omission but not an impossibility to implement.

Yeah I just realized, looks like because of they are already heavily themed. But adding some extra lights to them and what not should make it look more interesting.

They have the technology, so its just another instance of "why, Frontier?". Why keep things out and limit us.

You cannot boast about freedom while at the same time limiting so much stuff.
