Engineers please Listen Frontier about NPC difficulty and behaviour

I don't know what's happening with developer team but something is not right there.
Maybe it is summer (too hot) or you rush something but i have to tell what's important for me.
You invented souch a beautifull thing - Engineers. Everyone awaited NPC's will use those modifications too.
And now you saying you will completely remove them from NPC's? No no no....
It will be borring that way!
I will tell exactly where is the problem with AI besides BUG's:
1. NPC's always using chaff and using it tooooooo much! Almost feels like they using it more than ship can carry physically.
2. NPC's always do ramming.
3. NPC's always out-runs and out-maneuvers player trying to get behind.
4. NPC's using SCB to much and there also feels they use SCB's more than ship can carry.
5. They are doing it all together!
As you seen repeating word "always" and words "all together" - with this i am telling that there have to be more randomness on what NPC's are doing.
Some ship has to do chaff other ship has to outmaneuer player but another AI should use SCB.
But not like now - all AI ships doing the same thing and at Maximum capacity.
You know even Anaconda can outmeneuer player? That is too much!
But you don't have to remove engineer modifications. Just fix them if there are bugs but don't remove completely. Please!
And of course game has to be fun not pain. I think you have to make just 10% of NPC's difficult and others leave stupid for pew pew farming.
Diversity will feel better than intense difficult AI ships.

It's such a shame these NPCs try to shoot us now. They should just sit there and do a kebab roll while we shoo- oh wait
