I've been suffering with the abysmal download speed in the laucher. I had never got any faster than 0.06 MB/s, that's almost dial up speed. Everything else works normal, It's just ED's slugish laucher that download at this speed. I highly suspect that it's downloading each single file at a time, bottlenecking the connection.

If there was a torrent or a direct link, it would take me a couple of hours at most to download the game, but I'm already more than 24 hours STRAIGHT and there's quite some more to go...

That's really frustrating.

Yes, yes, yes. This is what is needed. I've been looking at the forums and seeing some people blame the people having the poor download speeds for issues on their side. Doubt it, considering just how many people have complained, let alone the people that have not.

if the game had a torrent engine as part of the launcher then the more people who downloaded the game the faster others could get it. it only makes sense.
