Please make Staff-Buildings in Enclosures possible

I've had a beautiful Idea how I can use the Staff-Buildings for the Design of my new Orangutan-Indoor-Enclosure but the Zookeepers don't use them. The Buildings are on Climbing-Pieces with a Ramp that goes down to the Ground. I know from the Beta that it is possible for Zookeepers to walk on Climbing-Pieces because I used it in the Beta to make a Peafowl-Feeding-Area on a Roof
