Please offer a cheap upgrade path to boxed version/shipping

Thread title says it all..

I think many people would get a box if they could upgrade their 80-250$ pledges to getting a box sent.
(tbh for that kind of money a box should be self-evident..)

10$+shipping for just the medium and a manual in a DVD case would do fine

+1, I regret not going the extra £5 or £10 on kickstarter for the collectors edition, but a boxed copy would be cool.
