Designer- Elite: Dangerous

Hi,

I'd like to make sure we have a handle on all the devices you guys use or will use for Elite: Dangerous. If you can run dxdiag from the start menu in windows and then select the Input tab at the top you'll see a list of connected devices. If you select the devices you use and then find the Product and Vendor IDs for them displayed there you can post them here with the name of your device. In that way I can make sure our game knows about said device as it'll make sharing control schemes around for it easier.

If your device is posted already with the same IDs there is no need to post again. I want unique devices that you guys actually use as this will be the fastest way to populate the file I need to with the right stuff.

Cheers,
-Mike

Saitek Pro Flight Combar Rudder Pedals:

Device Name: CH Pro Pedals USB
Vendor ID: 0x068E
Product ID: 0xC0F2

CH Combatstick USB Vendor:0x068E Product:0xC0F4
CH Pro Throttle USB Vendor:0x068E Product: 0xC0F1
CH Pro Pedals USB Vendor:0x068E Product: 0xC0F2

Replicating from other thread :-

Windows 7 64-bit, GB

Three controllers here - precise controller strings, vendor and product IDs provided :
CH PRO THROTTLE USB, VID 0x068E, PID 0x00F1
BU0386 Interface, VID 0x16C0, PID 0x05B5
Arduino Micro, VID 0x2341, PID 0x8037 (aka "Arduino Based Head Tracker" or "EDTracker")

The CH Pro throttle should be fairly obvious as a mainstream product.

The BU0386 is a product to convert old analogue joysticks to USB. The manufacturer purchased a chunk of PIDs from the Vendor ID so it is above board (ie. recognised signed driver). From a controller perspective you should consider it as 8 axes, 32 buttons and a single POV hat. Details if you don't trust me are here.

I believe you know what the Arduino Micro is doing ;) be worth considering it as a simple 3-axis joystick with no buttons, if you want to be clever :) edit: Cosmos beat me to it :D

WingMan Strike Force 3D

It's not named "Logitech WingMan Strike Force 3D" in the dxdiag, although it surely is a Logitech device.

not connected right now so I've taken the codes from someone who previously posted with the same stick. Hope that still works.
