Game Discussions Please publish "Deliver Us Mars" on GOG.com

Dear Frontier Foundry,

Please release "Deliver Us Mars" on GOG.com.
Deliver Us The Moon is already on GOG and Deliver Us Home is likely to be there too. Please allow GOG users to have the full series. Deliver Us Mars has been out for over a year. It has been given away for free on the Epic store. There is no reason to keep paying for Denuvo any more. Please publish the game on GOG, there are fans of the series on GOG, eager to buy this game. Expand your monetisation options!

Thank you for your consideration.

Update 01:
Denuvo has been removed. Avoiding GOG makes no business sense whatsoever any more, no matter what the concerns were when Denuvo was first licensed. Please release the game on GOG.

I also would be very glad if I could buy the game on GOG. The devs already stated that they would love to be on GOG so it is up to Frontier to allow them to be there and get a few more sales. I know that many GOGers would love to buy the game there.

What Sargon said. There's not much extra work now bringing this to GOG and you could make some extra money. So please bring this to GOG as well. I'd love to have it in my GOG library along with its predecessor.

How do GOG get older games working do they have access to the source code? Steam has a massive monopoly . What about epic games doesn t have steam work for examples so I could use Workshop GalacticCiv iii!

How old are we talking here? Deliver us Mars is still very new, so there would be no need to do any work for it compatibility-wise. KeokeN would just have to take the Steam build or the Epic build and implement Galaxy SDK. Alternatively they could take the Steam build and use GOG's Steam SDK wrapper. In either case, Deliver us the Moon is already on GOG, so KeokeN know what to do.

For much older games it depends. Sometimes GOG gains access to the source code (For example Alpha Protocol), but most of the time they do not. In that case they just make / acquire mods and use wrappers. In either case this is irrelevant as far as Deliver us mars is concerned.

As for Steam Workshop, GOG users don't care about it. Mods have existed long before the Steam workshop and will exist long after it. You called Steam a monopoly. Let's not make it an even bigger monopoly by encouraging people to use the Steam workshop as their only mod source. There's always Nexus and many other sources.

Also, let's not forget that the game has been given away on Epic and that Denuvo has been removed. Avoiding GOG makes no business sense whatsoever any more, no matter what the concerns were when Denuvo was first licensed.

What is wrong with posters? What always twist the post? Yeah I was talking about 8 bit games. GOG supports very early PC games that stopped working from original medai on windows 11.
