Please put back the ability for a light's triggerable 'play for' to be less than 0.20 seconds so we can create strobe lights again

The 'play for' and 'toggle every' settings need to be able to be less than 0.20/0.10 seconds, like in Planet Coaster 1, so can create actual strobe lights, a very common light used in theme parks. In PC1 this could be achieved by typing 0.01 seconds it worked, now it does not. Please ensure we aren't losing features from previous planet games. Or better yet, build on them by giving us a strobe light is pre-strobing and we can adjust the strobe speed and make it triggerable. Thanks.
