I posted yesterday about some issues I was having with some of the planks in the game, I'm happy that at least one of the issues is currently being adressed, but the other has been labled as "by design" https://issues.frontierstore.net/issue-detail/50794
I wish I could say I understand why this decision was made, but frankly I don't.
The classic roof trim wood pieces literally share a flexicolor with the planet zoo planks, yet due to this change they are no longer the same color. This makes 0 sense to me.
The pieces can be recolored as one, implying that they're the same color (which they used to be, mind you). This was changed to make them in line more with stone pieces? Why do wood pieces need to be in line with stone pieces and not wood pieces?
Are you really telling me I need to go through all of the planks in my zoo (literally hundreds) and change the colors?
This has to be some sort of bad joke.
You might argue, oh but changing it back messes up people's current builds.. Well you should've thought of that when you changed it the first time. Seriously, why would you suddenly change the appearance of an existing piece, consiously? I just can't wrap my head around it.
Please reconsider this, or adress it some way.
Thanks.
