The sea lion currently has the same hit box as the gray seal, but I think it should be reduced. I was trying to build little Rock islands throughout my seal lion's pool but their hit boxes are so large that they can't climb up on to them.
It should be reduced for nearly all Animals. I've once built a wide Ramp in my Seal Enclosure that leads into a Indoor Area but only the juveniles were able to use it
