What good the screenshots would do ? i told i heard this through computer speech,it's probably a feature of ED g19 application companion. The creator of the application might know something about it!

Yeah sounds like a TTS kinda feature thing. So anyway, some NPC wants fuel. If you don't have any fuel limpets, don't worry about it. Wish him the best and be on your way, nothing you can do without limpets.
