The Galaxy Map is an awsome feature, but I'm sick and tired of having to switch between Galactic Map and Transactions in order to plot out routes to make the most of my journeys. Here's a simple fix:
In the Galactic Map, when you place the cursor over a system that you have a mission in, the side panel should include some basic information about the mission. It SHOULD NOT just say "You have a mission here lol". When I have loads of missions going at once, I try to use my time efficiently. I'll try to create a path through the galaxy that links together all the missions I have active, and adding new ones along the way. The major issue here is that one mission could be Data Delivery, and another could be bringing 8 Nerve Agents. One that requires prior preperation, and one that does not. But in the game's current state you have to keep flicking through the UI just to get any basic info on what mission is where. It's even worse on PS4 where the Galaxy Map takes about 6 seconds to load.
Also, another nice option would be to plot our own routes, so if I have 5 missions in a strightish line, I can plot a route that encompases all of them. Or just add in an automatic route planner that does the same thing.
Oh and another simple addition would be a little symbol in the Mission Board screen that lets you know when there's a mission in a system you already have a mission in AND that's on/near your current plotted route. (If it's not quite on it, but near it, then that automatic route planner I mentioned could then re-draw the route to include it)
Thanks for reading!
