Look for degraded emissions signal sources, preferably in anarchy systems. Or go to a combat zone and look for salvage from killed ships.

only 1 anarchy system at the moment , nothing there , even the war systems have nothing ,no ships eather in conflict zones .
Try the material broker then I added in the first reply
