Please!

Hello all, new to the forum. However, I have been a frontier games fan for over a decade. As I'm sure most of us have. I know there is great debate, and controversy over an aquatic addition to Planet Zoo. I am well aware of the conditions, and outlook on keeping aquatic mammals in zoo's and aquariums. But please, for the love of all that is holy, make a planet aquarium for us! I would be so grateful to have a game like this. I am a fishkeeper myself, with 7 full sized aquariums from reefs and corals, to massive oscar cichlids, and midas cichlids. I am not saying add marine mammals to the equation. But the addition of corals, marine invertebrates, river monsters, reef dwelling fish, sharks? There is enough of a game right there in and of itself. Look at megaquarium! A great game with a 100th of the complexity that you all at frontier are known to achieve! Leave the cruelty out, add the fun bits in. There is so much to learn about coral conservation, shark conservation action, and river ecosystem conservation. I mean, how cool would it be to start a coral tank, select the corals and rock structure, and watch the corals grow over time!? It could be similar to planet zoo, but each tank would be a "habitat". It would be my ultimate dream to play that game. Just food for thought! Not trying to spark ANY controversy, or naysayers. Just letting you at frontier, and the rest of my peers know that I love this game, and this community. You wouldnt be playing planet zoo, if you didnt have some level of creativity, and passion for the worlds wildlife. Love you all!

I'd be fine with it if they excluded whales and dolphins. I'd rather have an Aquarium expansion pack for Planet Zoo but that doesn't seem to be Frontier's style with their extra content so I guess your suggestion of a Planet Aquarium is more realistic.

I wish they would do an expansion, but I feel for an aquatic expansion the dlc would have to be massive. It would be a shame to get an aquatic expansion and only recieve a few aquatic animals. There would have to be new mechanics for tank building, maintenance, etc. If they do release it as an expansion, i see it being one of those more expensive, larger expansions. Like they did back when for rct3. The wild, and soaked expansions were PACKED with content. That would be the dream i guess though. However, i wouldnt be opposed to either an expansion, or a standalone game. I just want to make a fish tank... hahaha

I feel a new game specifically tailored to aquatic things would be the best option also, however I don't think it goes without saying they could still add some semi aquatic things in a dlc for planet zoo, such as walrus, seals, penguins, there are such a huge variety of penguins and seals also, so I am sure they would have a nice variety to choose 4-5 from. :)
Either way, I feel like if they opted not to include those things for reasons, it would be fine, there are literally hundreds and hundreds of other animals they can still add to planet zoo without adding things like that. I want all the cats, but I know it is unreasonable to want that, since there are so many. XD However I also agree a new game tailored to aquatic stuff would be pretty epic.
