are there plans to allow a CMDR to pledge to a minor faction?
this should be introduced and play part in the BGS stuff.
should two faction be at war, then missions and what you are allowed to attack should change based on which minor faction you are pledged too.
When you scan a ship, the minor factions should be visible.
maybe a new mission list only accessible to pledged members
a CMDR may be able to join pledge to be with 5 minor faction tops.
