Question about pledge reward levels

Hello, I thought I posted this yesterday but it seems to have gone missing somewhere.

Is it still possible to claim the rewards on the originial kickstarter page for pledging more than £100? The current paypal page only has links up to this amount.

I know it's possible to log onto the web app and add more funds after signing up, but it's unclear (to me at least) if these count towards the original pledge reward, or act as a pledge upgrade. The rewards for, for example, pledging £150 and pledging £100 + a £50 upgrade are quite different so I just want to check if this is still possible before I pledge anything.

Yes but I can't log onto the web app without an account. I can't get an account without making a pledge. And I don't want to make a pledge until I know what I'll be getting :)

If you pledge, let's say £50 through the paypal page... when you log into your web app page it would cost £100 to upgrade to Founder level (for example).

If you pledge £100 through the paypal page, it will cost you £50 to upgrade to Founder level in the web app.

I.e Someone who pledged £150 in the Kickstarter is the same as pledging £100, then £50 upgrade now, or £50 + £100 upgrade.

Okay thanks, that's good to know :) I only heard about the game from a youtube link after the kickstarter had already finished, otherwise I'd have been in straight away. I've been waiting for this game for about 20 years.

Elite Backers reward question

Ive pledged some money so far. However I'm thinking of increasing my pledge in the future. If I choose my reward now, will I be able to upgrade it later if I add more funds?

I.e I've pledged £60 so am eligible for 2nd round beta.

If I pledge an additional £40 will I be able to choose the 1st round Beta reward?

Of course, 60 + 40 = 100 ------- 100 = "Participate in the first round private beta test, plus all rewards above" ---- You update your personal account in the application of backers

No problem. In your personal account in the application of backers, there is a button "Upgrade" that will automatically suggest upgrading

No you just keep feeding the meter till your at the leave you want.

I started at £35 and now am a Founder, probably going for Alpha now, I just can't stop, just don't tell the wife...

Hi All,

I just joined and pledged £60. A Quick Q if I may as it's related to 'rewards'. When do we receive the likes of the digital book and Elite music for example (not sure if there's a set dates for these yet)?

No firm dates have been given but I would say it would be around launch time.

We are all keen though. I'm really hoping the music they use in the dev diaries will be made available, I really love that piece of music.

I'm not a 100% sure but I think they come out the same time as the game. This is my impression anyway. :)

Hey guys
I have backed the 'first round beta test' tier. This includes a physical copy of the game as well as access to download a digital copy. I'm just wondering if these are going to be separate copies ie. could I install each on different computers or give a copy to my son?

You can install on multiple machines, but only log in on your one account. Unless you buy an account for your son. I think there is a pledge level where you can gift a copy of the game at a reduced price :smilie:
