Horizons pls help, my resolution changed and I cannot undo

Hello CMDR's

i was in a fight and dropped a heatsink. I mapped it to the Enter key on the Numpad. When hitting that key, somehow I manged to go into zoom mode or I changed the screen resolution. I cannot undo this. When I go to the main screen the menus are outside my monitor
Restarting the game does not help either. Any ideas what buttons to push, to undo this? Thx

try pressing Alt-Enter, that would toggle through fullscreen and windowed modes.
