PLX 695 bugged?

Hi

So I've been ranking up my federation standing and get told to go to plx695. Got the permit so off I tootle in my vulture (which nearly doesn't make it!) and get to the right station. I go into the bulletin board and find the appropriate mission to accept but can't. Apparantly because I had the permit to get to plx 695 (which is permit only) I can't get the permit for plx 695 as reward so it won't let me accept it! Any ideas?

I don't know what to tell you, I keep getting an invitation (all the time) for the exbeur system permit (which I have). Not sure why I keep getting it when I already have the permit.....

If you have the permit, just keep plugging away for the next rank and ignore the multiple missions that keep trying to give it to you. AFAIK there is no actual "accept permit" mission after you go to the system, it just magically appears. This has been broken for some time.

What is more disappointing is that there is no tailored special content for any of these permit systems other than Sol AFAIK, with the exception of planet and station names and a bit of background.

Vega Permit obtained before 1.3,(believe the permit system is currently broken)"Vegan Slimeweed" Rare commodity avilable.
Also as an Ally i get roughly 20% discount at the Shipyard in "Taylor City" Warrant Officer Rank.
