I have had this happed a few times now. I take a mission get to the planet and the POI does not spawn so am unable to complete the mission. Yes I logged out of the game completely and when I logged still nothing. So now I don't get the power regulator as the reward, and my faction will decrease and through no fault of my own. I know others reported it and may be in the update 6 we were promised but this is causing me not to take missions because you can not do them. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.
