Fourth exhibit animal confirmed (fifth if you include the yet-unseen Brasilian wandering spider)
Poison dart frogs!
Because of their size, I wasn't sure if they would be included, but I'm glad they are.
Most zoos have some sort of poison dart frog in their animal collection after all.
From the looks of it, it appears to be Lehmann's poison frog (Dendrobates lehmanni). Someone let me know if they disagree.
Quite a surprising choice to me. It is currently not kept in zoos anywhere in Europe.
Perhaps it is in the USA or other countries? I'd love to hear.
All exhibit animals so far have been American, 3 of those are from the South-America.
Small Amazon-themed reptile house anyone?
Also, if something as tiny as this frog can be included, we could expect basically every animal species, including large insects!
