To be honest that amount of space for the polar bears is still to much...maybe it can be reduce again to the half (3k sqm and its still huge) that would be great...at this moment I dont want to have any of them in my zoo..so for me there are only 3 animals in the dlc...

Half is still too much, quarter, maybe. I get that it should be more than other bears just for the sake of the message as well as their unique needs, but something like 1500 square meter total, including water, would still make their spatial needs 2-3 times that of other bears.
That's a quite selfish expectation. You can't ask games to be balanced universally for a single enclosure you have in one of your save files.
There isn't a difference between 8k and 5k, no point changing it to 5k.
Having it somewhere between 1.5k to 2k would make their needs comparable to other large mammals. Even then some other animals need to be buffed, like the brown bear.
I mean,now the size needed is theoretically 6k pure land for one animal,but actually its 9k including 2 animals and water, including babies its gonna be about 11k.
