Police in Haz RES

Agreed, also beef up the wing sizes and increase NPC skill level.

The intention of the Haz res was for wings of players if I remember correctly.
Its just fish in a barrel atm.
 
Well, Federal Agents aren't police. They're part of power play looking for targets.

It's Federal Security Force that act as police. Are they spawning immediately, or after someone gets attacked?
 
I've never seen System Security in a HazRes. I have seen Federal Agents but these aren't cops - some of them were wanted and I have shot them with no penalty. I am currently wanted in the system I am playing in (Lidpar for the CG) and I stay in the Haz Res's with no issue. I don't see a problem here. But of course this is only my own personal experience - so far.

They spawn even if report is off.

There are often a set number in HazRESs, they don't spawn in response to crimes - I usually shoot them all to lure them out to about 35km, then boost away til they are off your scanner...they subsequently wake out & one can return to the RES marker to kill commanders in peace...err I mean pirates!

The powerplay and fed or empire ships are acting the same as a police force in the haz res.

I was just in a HazRes, The other guys in the wing and myself had report crimes off (which should not matter anyway as there is supposed to be no signal).
