Police shooting at each other ??

I was at a HIRES yesterday minding my own business and heard some shooting nearby. When I turned to have a look several 'green' cops were shooting at each other, I scanned each one and they all remained 'Clean'. What was that about ?

Noticed that last night as well.
At first I thought it was me they were taking aim at.

seems to be a known bug to the devs , will be fixed with one of the next updates
does look nice when 2 annacondas go after each other and you sit there thinking who the f.... is shooting at what ?
