I can only speak of the ships I have flown for reference Sidey, Eagle, Viper, Type 6, and Asp. So far Asp wins reminds me of the old supercharged turbo prop engines back in WW2 like the LA-7 or BF109. Love that rumble Viper would be 2nd for me....so far
Put me down for the Vulture. It has that turbine banshee scream of doom going on. If only the handling had a little personality to it (it's just a bit too perfect. The Vulture does everything well, has no flaws, no quirks, no idiosyncracies. It even YAWS passably well!)
Gotta Say for a space exploration vessel the asp sounds amazing. like a C130 on takeoff. for second place the FDL sounds like a futuristic supercar, and I guess thats what it is to be honest.
Whatever the reason, I am no longer split between the Asp and Viper. Fury-spitting Viper wins. No-brainer finally.

Python must be the worst. It's just a grey, characterless 'meh'. Amazing boat though.
No hauler? That thing sounds like you have gremlins in the engine, not to mention the awesomely creepy cockpit sounds.
Vulture is pretty cool as well, Asp is nice but wears thin for me after a long trip out in the void. FDL sounds good also, like a more refined Vulture. Don't really get the Clipper love, the thruster and boost sounds don't appeal to me at all.
Perhaps I had too short a title and too short a list, but the poll can't be changed.
Before voting consider how the ships sound when in the cockpit and when it is someone else flying the ship. I notice the Cobra has a much more subdued tone when compared to listening to the sound of another Cobra flying past you. It reminds me of the sound of grinders in real life and how they cut through concrete.
My choice is the Viper because of the way it sounds like a proper military aircraft as it approaches and the crackling of the engines (sounds like a rocket) as it flies away from you.
