Why does the computer keep saying pooper scooping all the time when I'm at stars?

Yeah, you need a new sound card, or decent speakers/headphones!

You'll get fined if you don't scoop the poop, that's why.

Always check that you have a plastic bag with you, before engaging your FSD.

I'm going to take a wild guess you've got a fuel scoop fitted to your ship and really need to get your ears checked.
