Poor Climbing animations

I wonder why nobody is talking about the poor climbing animations so far. After all those presentations and videos I really have expected more and now seeing these glitching climbing animations, I'm a bit dissapointed. Even the jumping animations do not look that good. I doubt they will and even can change anything with the animations until release. Don't get me wrong, it's still fun to see them climbing around (and it would be even more fun without the clipping and glitches), but compared to what they have talked about and presented in their videos the climbing animations are relatively poor compared to all the other great animal animations. What do you think?

I would say it's also partly due to the fact that it's such a complex system to have in the game to begin with, that it's kinda expected there will be some weird things that happen with it. The ability to create anything you want for them to climb on is already such a treat.

Also has to do with how you build the structures. Once you start stacking the logs on top of one another, the pathing starts to get wonky. If you notice the climbing shown in videos, it's usually one single log used as a pathway for them to traverse over.

Happy to hear it's still being worked on but I kinda find it funny in its own way to watch the animals glitch around on the climbing apparatus until they get to where they want to go.

its amazing how some animals like giraffes have been climbing on roofs in the game as a glitch.
