This may seem like an odd request, but I was wondering about the option of static figures that can be placed in the park, with the option to rotate/bend arms and legs. For example, you could place a robot somewhere in the park in an action pose, then place him again somewhere else and change the pose to something else.
The idea is this:
I want to create a custom splash ride eventually, themed to tell a story about a particular character. I love Splash Mountain - as my forum name suggests - and would love to create something like this. However, whichever themes we have coming to us, I imagine there will be set characters and animatronics to place along the ride. If I wanted to 'Tell the Story' of Brer Rabbit, I would want to place him along the ride at different points, doing something different each time. If i could just use the same character each time and pose him in a different way then this would make infinite possibilities. Even if we were to get the head, arms, and legs as separate pieces and put them together each time, rotating, moving etc, this would be awesome (for me).
I don't know if this makes much sense, and I realise that there could be infinite number of characters for any number of themes, but it might be nice to have a few to play around with in the themes that we will be getting. We could have poseable pirates where we could create our own scenes as a transport train passes by, then have a completely different scene a little further down the line.
Anyway, just an idea that popped into my head whilst having my breakfast this morning
