Possible a stupid exploration question

This is probably a stupid question but as I’m not at my PS4 I cannot check it out.

Does the game track the amount of first discoveries you have? I Just cashed in a lot of discovery data last night, I saw the list of first discoveries scrolling down as I was selling data.

I was just wondering if the game will show you the number of first discoveries you have on the statistic screen to the right of your seat.

If you use EDDiscovery, when you cash in your scans it lists what you have scanned and what is a first discovered (I think).

Edit. Yes, it does. It gives you:
Credits
Bonus credits
What you scanned
What you discovered

master race or not.....surely if we are all playing in the same "universe" as such the information should be available on FD servers and thus theoretically available to whoever on what ever platforms. Admit i am a luddite so guessing EDDisc.. is not actually an FD thing but player developed and driven?.


Shame FD cant/wont make a similar concept available ingame for all as reguardless of platform such history of gameplay is an asset add to everyones enjoyment (esp the explorer focused players)

Xbox here and my personal tags are only partially recorded on a spreadsheet. would love to be able to view the galaxy map and see both the snail trails of my wanderings AND the personal pee stains of my first discoveries glowing in technicolour

I kind of figured that.

I’m tracking any untagged and tagged discoveries I get in an excel spreadsheet anyway and calculating potential payouts based on that. The issue I gave is that there is no way I can tell whether or not my Untagged discoveries are still Untagged or have been poached by someone else at the time I cash them in. So far my estimated payouts are low compared to what I actually get.

I thought I read on here somewhere that the first discovery bonus doubles the payout?

50% extra on the body that's a first discovery. The pop up tells you if you sell any data that's a first discoveries.

If you know the system name, you can manually look it up afterwards on the galaxy map and see if its system map say you're the first discover.
