So these tools that read you journal/logs obviously have the data of everything you've scanned and explored...


How about a function to calculate the value of your collected data: ever/since reset/since last handed in/on current voyage etc... [up]

There's not much explanation there but if you look in the Issues Tab you'll find various post with info.

Basically though look in your stats tab (S-Panel I think) anyway there's stats and you can pull up a tab which shows all time, since last dock, weekly and last 24 hr explo data etc.

Do you mean something that will wind down as you run round the bubble selling chunks to multiple stations? That's not there, there's only estimated value for scans gathered in a given time frame - including since last docked.

I think that's what i need but can't find it anywhere in EDD.
Let me explain: i managed to became elite in exploration back in 2.2 without ever visiting the galactic core, so i tought it's about time to do it. On my way i scanned a lot of things, (about 80% of all hmcw's for example) and i'm just curious what to expect for all this data when i get back. I'm a bit unfamiliar with the payouts in 2.3.
I hope i was clear. English isn't my main language.

In EDD, select "Statistics" from the "Log" drop down menu. Then select the "Travel" tab and the bottom line gives a scan value figure for the last 24 hours, week, month and since you last docked.

Note that this can only ever be based on what you actually scanned and doesn't include first discovery bonus or the credits you get just from honking the discovery scanner. On my last trip the EDD scanned value since last dock was 427 million credits but my actual earnings were 955 million.

And if you go to the "Time" drop down menu at the top of the Travel window, select "Custom". You can actually put in precise dates. Actually same thing for next tab over, Scan.
